This website is a marketing and information site for the services described on /services and for the organization presented in the /about and /projects sections. Any specific consulting, development, or operations engagement is governed by a separate individual agreement (Individualvertrag) and the project-specific terms agreed in that contract. These website terms do not constitute a commercial offer and are not the general terms and conditions (AGB) for any paid engagement.

You may access and use this website for your own lawful, informational, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to use the website in a way that impairs its availability, integrity, or security for others. In particular, you may not conduct automated large-scale scraping or load testing that affects availability, attempt to circumvent access controls, upload malicious code, or reverse engineer the website in order to extract data beyond what is publicly presented. You remain free to follow links, read content, and contact us through the channels we provide.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, layouts, and source code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by German copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit this content without our prior written consent, except where mandatory statutory exceptions apply. Our open source repositories published on our GitHub organization are governed by the license files contained in those respective repositories; nothing in these terms narrows or replaces those open source licenses.

This website may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over the content of those external sites, the linked pages were checked for apparent legal violations at the time of linking, and no violations were evident at that time. Ongoing content monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications of a legal violation. On becoming aware of any such violation, we will remove the link in question without delay. This mirrors the general framework described in our Imprint under "Liability for links".

As a service provider within the meaning of §7 (1) TMG, we are responsible for our own content on this website under the general laws. Under §§8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. These terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Insofar as legally permissible — in particular if you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law — the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these website terms is our registered seat, as specified in the Imprint. Mandatory statutory consumer protections remain unaffected.
